- Importing Outlook 2002 and 2003 contact list does not work:
Outlook contact list does not import properly:
Try closing outlook and then importing your contact list from the Authentication Database screen.
- When getting mail, Bongosoft AntiSpam prompts me for my email account information every time. Go to the Email Accounts screen, edit the account(s) that are experiencing this problem. Make sure BAS's account settings EXACTLY match your email client's account settings. Press the Advanced button and make sure the "Automatically Update Account Settings" checkbox is unchecked.
